Cancellation Policy


The guest can cancel free of charge until 48 hours before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel with less than 2 days cancellation notice

The Guests will be charged the full amount if a no show.

PLEASE NOTE:
Booking for 3 or more rooms a 20% non refundable booking deposit is required 30 days before check in and full payment must be received 7 days before date of arrival

Please note during the following period BOOKINGS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR SEASON FROM 23/12/22 TO 31/1/2023
PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING

CANCELLATION FOR SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BE CONSIDERED AND A 12 MONTHS CREDIT VOUCHER WILL BE ISSUED

Apartments are not to be used for parties and noise is to be kept to a minimum after 10pm
